A dental implant is a small titanium post placed in the jawbone to act as a new tooth root. Topped with a custom crown, it looks, feels and works like a natural tooth — fixed in place, with no slipping, no adhesives and no need to grind down the teeth beside it.
Whether you have lost one tooth, several, or all of them, we plan the option that gives you a strong, comfortable bite with the fewest procedures.
A complete, fixed set of teeth supported by just four to six implants per jaw — no more loose dentures, adhesives or food restrictions.
One implant and one crown — no need to cut down the healthy teeth on either side.
Two implants can support a bridge of three or more teeth — strong and fixed.
Snap-on dentures held firmly by two to four implants — no slipping while you eat or talk.
Placed right after an extraction, often with a temporary tooth the same day, where suitable.
We rebuild lost bone so an implant can be placed safely — even after years of missing teeth or wearing dentures.
Careful gum shaping and a shade-matched ceramic crown, so no one can tell which tooth is the implant.
An implant rebuilds the whole tooth — root and all. Over a few months your jawbone bonds to the implant (called osseointegration), giving the new tooth a foundation as firm as a natural root.
The part you see — custom-made ceramic, shaped and shade-matched to your neighbouring teeth.
A small connector that links the crown securely to the implant below the gum.
A biocompatible titanium screw that replaces the lost tooth root.
Healthy gum seals around the abutment, while the bone fuses with the implant and stays strong.

When a tooth is lost, the bone beneath it slowly shrinks and nearby teeth start to drift. Dentures and bridges fill the gap on the surface — an implant replaces the root too, which is why it lasts and feels so different.
Every implant is planned in 3D before treatment, so you know exactly what will happen at each stage.
We examine your mouth and take a 3D CBCT scan to check bone height, width and nearby nerves.
Under local anaesthesia, the implant is placed gently at the planned position and angle.
Over the next few months the bone fuses with the implant. A temporary tooth can be worn meanwhile.
Your custom crown is fitted and checked for bite and shade, followed by simple care tips and reviews.
How long does it take? Most implant treatments take around three to six months from start to finish, because the bone needs time to bond with the implant. If bone grafting is needed it may take longer — and in suitable cases, a temporary tooth can be fitted on the same day so you never leave with a gap.

The procedure is done under local anaesthesia, so you should feel pressure rather than pain. Mild soreness or swelling for a few days afterwards is normal and usually managed with simple painkillers.
Most adults with healthy gums and enough bone can have implants. Conditions such as diabetes or a smoking habit don’t always rule you out, but they need to be well managed. We assess your health, gums and a 3D scan before recommending treatment.
Bone grafting or a sinus lift can rebuild lost bone so an implant can be placed safely. In some full-mouth cases, angled implants (as in All-on-4) can avoid the need for grafting altogether.
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, the implant itself can last for many years — often decades. The crown on top may need replacing after some years due to normal wear.
In suitable cases, yes — a temporary tooth or bridge can be fitted on the day of placement. The final crown is fitted once the implant has fully bonded with the bone.
Just like natural teeth: brush twice a day, clean between teeth with floss or an interdental brush, and keep up regular check-ups and cleanings.
The cost depends on the number of implants, the implant system and crown material, and whether bone grafting is needed. You will receive a clear, itemised estimate after your consultation and scan.
Book an implant consultation to find out if implants are right for you, see your 3D scan, and get a clear plan and estimate — with no pressure to start.
